Important Usage Instruction
Nannari Sharbat is highly concentrated and sensitive to direct water contact. If even a single drop of water enters the bottle, the product quality may be affected.
- Do not add water directly into the bottle.
- Always take the required quantity using a dry spoon and mix it separately with water or milk in a glass.
Damaged on Arrival?
If you receive a damaged or leaking Nannari bottle at delivery:
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Share clear photos/videos of:
- The damaged bottle
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Once inspected and approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
- Processed within 3 business days after approval.
- Amount credited to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Standard Returns
Items can be returned within 2 days of delivery if unused and labels are intact. Please ship to:
